We Have Classes For All Ages!

Our gym classes focus on basic gymnastic skills, acrobatic techniques and floor tumbling with emphasis placed on developing strong basic skills and coordination. These classes are for students of all ages and were created to help boys and girls enjoy the sport of gymnastics at their own pace while building body awareness and self-esteem.

Contact us via email or phone and we will schedule you in. All you need to do is sign our liability waiver. No commitment necessary for a trial class. See if the instructor, the time and class is a good fit!


What about the rest of the family?
Go ahead! Our family discount is the regular price for the first sibling, and 15% off additional siblings. Discount applies to the lower tuition.


Don't see a class that fits your schedule?

Add a class to our "Interest List." Once we have 3 students interested in a particular class/time, we will add it to our schedule and notify you of the start date.

Annual Membership Fee

Our annual membership fee is $50 for a single athlete or $70 for a family. Being a member gives you year round discounts on Kids Night Outs, Birthday Parties and more!

Private Coaching:

2 Students (per person per hour):      $40

Tiny Tumblers - Beginning 45-min gymnastics for ages 3-5

Gym Classes - Include a mix of everything we offer. We focus on tumbling, but our students also enjoy trampoline, and hand balancing. Gym classes are ages 5+

Gym 1 (Ages 5+ ) - Forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge holds


Gym 2 - Headstands, bridge kick-overs, and round-offs


Gym 3 - Front limbers, round-offs, and walkovers


Gym 4 - Front & back handsprings, front flips


Gym 5 -  Aerials, back flips, and layouts

Gym 6 - Front aerials, twisting, and standing tucks


Tumbling Classes - These classes focus on round-offs, handsprings, and flipping. Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced levels offered. For ages 10+

Adult Gym - Our Adult Gymnastics class is for all levels. Learn basic to advanced gymnastics and stay fit in the process! Everyone is welcome, even if you’ve never tried a cartwheel before! Wednesday class includes open gym immediately following


Open Gym - Free time in the gym! Play and learn at your own pace! 

All Age Open Gym is for 3yr - adult. Athletes ages 18mo-5yr must have a parent participant with them until approved by the Open Gym coach to participate on their own. 

Kinder Open Gym (summer only) is for ages 18mo-elementary.

Tops Training - Tops Training is great for athletes interested in improving their body awareness, flexibility, strength and self-confidence. This class is for anyone and specifically for athletes interested in strengthening their skills for being the “top” in acrobatic gymnastics and “flyer” in cheerleading.


Private Coaching Sessions - Private sessions are extremely beneficial to students seeking one-on-one coaching. This provides the student with personal attention towards achieving their skills.
