Birthday Party FAQ

Are parents allowed in the gym?   Yes! Parents are welcome in the gym on the gray carpet, next to the blue gym floor. That way everyone gets a front row view, and the students can check-in with their parents anytime.

What is the minimum age for gym participants?   Just like a Kids Night Out, guests must be 3 years old. If there are younger siblings attending, just let us know and we are happy to set up a coloring station in the lobby.

How early can we come to do the set up?   You may come in a half hour before your party to set up your party room.

Where is the party room?   The party room is set up in the lobby. This works well becasue the parents are able to walk back and forth between the party room and the gym.

Can we have snacks for parents during the gym-time?   Yes. You are welcome to set up snacks in the party room. The gym/lobby door will be open and parents are welcome to munch on snacks in the lobby while the kids are in the gym; we just ask that if a student grabs a snack, they wash their hands before going back on the gym floor. (Usually, the kids are much too busy to want a snack during gym-time anyway!) There is no food allowed in the gym.

Do you have a water fountain?   No, unfortunatly our facility does not have a water fountain. We have water bottles for sale for $1 but we recommend bringing small water bottles for your guests.

What should the kids wear?   If a guest does not have gymnastics apparel, they can wear any kind of athletic clothing in which they can move freely. Athletic/basketball shorts and a t-shirt are perfect for boys. Tank top or t-shirt and shorts are perfect for girls (no dresses / jeans / belts or buckles / jewelry). If they want to wear warmer clothes, we recommend tight fitted clothes, such a fitted long sleeve shirt or leggings. Hair that is longer than shoulder-length must be pulled back in a ponytail.
